By downloading, browsing, accessing, or using 90Score, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your access. Continued use of 90Score will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
90Score provides live score alerts, lineups, goals, substitutions, VAR updates, and real-time Live Activities. These alerts are sent to your device via push notification tokens and session streams.
3. Push Notifications and Alerts
By opting into push notifications, you agree to receive real-time match events. While we strive to provide immediate, highly accurate notifications, delivery speeds can depend on your network connection, carrier, and device settings.
- The score information is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
- Live Activities on your lock screen/Dynamic Island require active iOS system permissions.
- You can enable or disable match notifications at any time through the application settings or your device’s system preferences.
4. User Obligations
- You must not use the application to scrape, copy, or redistribute football data feed information for commercial purposes.
- You agree not to attempt to disrupt or abuse the push notification servers or endpoints.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, UI designs, and app content remain the intellectual property of the developers of 90Score. Team names, logos, league flags, and match trademarks belong to their respective football clubs, leagues, and organizations.
6. Limitation of Liability
90Score is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the notification delivery will be uninterrupted, error-free, or exactly simultaneous with live television broadcasts. We are not liable for any delays in match alerts or decisions made based on stats displayed.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the application services without notice if you violate these Terms or attempt to abuse our notification servers.
